We have more than 35 years of combined Triathlon and Single Sport Coaching experience.  We have worked with National and International athletes of all abilities. After qualifying and finishing Ironman Hawaii 6 times to the XTERRA World Championships and now coaching and developing the WickedFast Triathlon Team, ranked 2^nd in the United States in 2009 and 3^rd in 2008 we have the knowledge and experience to help you or your team reach new levels of accomplishment and performance.

1. Individual Online Coaching - $250 per 4 weeks

Training programs for Adult, Youth and Junior triathletes, duathletes and XTERRA athletes seeking to maximize their personal potential.

• Entry level through high performance youth and adult coaching
• Sprint through Ironman distance triathlon coaching
• XTERRA
• Duathletes
• Athletes with Risk Factors – History of:
  * Cardiac Disease/Hypertension
  * Diabetes
  * Weight loss/weight control
  * Pre and post chemotherapy
  * Call for more specifics

2.  Individual One to One Coaching Sessions - $40 per hour

• We specialize in running, swimming, cycling and transition techniques, skills and drills to improve your performance, economy and reduce injuries.
• One to One sessions usually last 60 to 90 minutes depending on the athlete’s need.

3.  Sport Development Consulting and Education

• Team Development organization and structure
• Triathlon Services Development and organization
• Camps, clinics and one day sport specific sessions – (youth/junior, age group, collegiate, ITU style racing, sport specific, family camps, distance specific etc.)
